update installation readme - add info about docker compose

## Docker
Official qorus wiki on [how to run qorus in docker](https://git.qoretechnologies.com/qorus/qorus-docker)
For running trainings you will need to have docker installed. The best way how to achieve it is to follow the
[official tutorial](https://docs.docker.com/install/).
**NOTE**: the docker images to be used for Qorus training will take up approximately 1.2 GB of hard disk space.
## Docker compose
The easiest way to run qorus in docker is to use docker-compose. The docker-compose.yml can be downloaded [here](https://git.qoretechnologies.com/qorus/qorus-docker/blob/master/docker-compose.yml).
